• Results can be wrong if inputs are wrong, or if a rule this site models has changed since it was last reviewed. Verify anything you're relying on for a real financial decision against your own documents or a qualified professional.
• No warranty. This site is provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Your data stays yours. Calculations run in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to a server. See the Privacy page for details.
• Content is for personal use. Don't scrape, republish, or resell the site's content or calculations as your own product.
